 I would like to request for the sake of transparency that "Hiring of Career government employees rank and file" must be published and inform the entire filipino nation:

1)-what are the vacancies?
2)-Who applied?
3)-Why he/she was hired?

the very purpose of this is to eradicate "PALAKASAN SYSTEM in HIRING" kase nakaka.Discourage na inspite Pres. Duterte's effort to STOP GRAFT AND CORRUPTIONS in government agencies, this one very basic ingredients FORM of corruptions was OVERLOOKED.
"PALAKASAN IN HIRING" is very, very dangerous because it begets graft and corruptions!
