Good Day! I'm not sure if possible to request the said documents if the school are already closed. May I humbly request a Certified True Copy of my High School Diploma and Form 137. I took my high school from 2008-2009 at Bayawan College with the Address: Sollos Street, Ubos, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, Bayawan City. Appreciate your response to this request.
