Hi I would like to make a request a copy of my High School Diploma. I lost my High School Diploma due to a house fire accident in our house in March 2012 hence I wasn’t able to retrieved it. I graduated High School at Northeastern Academy in Centro, Buguey, Cagayan Valley, Philippines for the academic school year of 2004-2008. I wasn’t able to process earlier that time for the reason that I have to work abroad to support my family’s financial constraints. Hoping that you will grant my request. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Your Request You asked for High School Diploma. Response to Request Please be informed that the Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO) does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you need to bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017). For further assistance, you may directly coordinate with the Schools Division Office (SDO) near your area.
