hello, I'm helping my mom to get a copy of her high school diploma to apply for work.. her true copy gets stolen while she's in abroad, she already tried requesting in her former school, but they said they can't really give a copy so I'm wondering maybe we just approach the wrong the person at that time cuz it's impossible that we can't get a copy, is there any way I can get some help from here. thanks for spending time understanding our situation.
