I refer to my letter of February 13, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for
High Priority Bus System in Davao City.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

In particular, it would be helpful to know specific information you would need in order to proceed with request. My request is for the project "Establishment of a Walkable Davao City".
We need the location of all the terminals (loading and unloading areas) of the HPBS, because will consider this on the said project.
We will appreciate if you could provide the report about the HPBS, so we could check it and see what else do we need to know about to project that we can and need to consider.

I refer to my letter of Feb 18, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for High Priority Bus System in Davao City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 12, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
