February 23, 2021 Dear Ms. SHERRY AN CERON, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 13, 2021 09:52:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 10, 2021 and is on cue for a DOLE-TABANG evaluator from OWWA-NCR. Once you are qualified, your documents shall be provided to DOLE Regional Office-NCR for the payout of benefits to your dependent enrolled at the tertiary/college level. It is not OWWA but the DOLE Regional Office that shall notify you of the payout. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request. However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
