Hi i would like to request an information about my tin ID. because my birthdate on my tin ID is wrong

November 5, 2019 Dear Judith Asor, I refer to my letter of Oct 18, 2019 08:45:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hi can i make request of my tin ID verification. In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May I request that you email me a scanned copy of your TIN ID (front and back) at [email protected] so I can validate this. Hoping for your immediate reply and compliance.
