I am writing to request access to documents that define whether I Delos Reyes St. in Manila has heritage and tourism character. Specifically, I am looking for any documents or guidelines that describe the criteria used to evaluate an area's heritage and tourism character. I am interested in learning more about this topic as I am working on a project that involves evaluating the suitability of an area for tourism development. Any documents that you can provide would be greatly appreciated and will assist me in making informed decisions regarding this Thank you for your time and consideration.
