March 13, 2023 Dear Edward Henry, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 10, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Response to your request While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that: SECTION 9. Procedure.
