Good day Ma'am/Sir! I hope you're doing good. It would be a great honor to be able to submit my application materials in your good office. The qualifications for Philippine National Police (PNP) requires a height of at least 157 cm for male. Unfortunately, my height didn't meet the minimum height requirement. In this program, I would like to request a certification in order for me to qualify for a height waiver. Also, may I have the contact information of NCIP Region 1 and NCIP Bulacan if can. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you and more power! Sincerely, Patrick Ragunton
