Hi! I am Bernard Michael Pedemonte, an employee of Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Corporation. We are looking at installing a radio mast (permanent structure) to be used in the communication network during the operations phase for the Project. Approximate proposed location of the radio mast is at 10.264335, 123.937333 - Brgy. San Miguel, Cordova, Cebu. The proposed height is 37.0m above ground. Is there a way we can acquire the details on height restrictions at this approximate location? A response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

April 21, 2022 Dear Bernard Michael Pedemonte, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 01, 2021 02:40:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for HEIGHT LIMITATIONS - BRGY. SAN MIGUEL, CORDOVA, CEBU. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for you will need to submit a Height Limitation application (with required documents) in order for us to determine/compute the height limit at a specific location based on all standards established for the nearest Aerodrome. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
