I would like to follow up my request dated January 7, 2016 11:14:19 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Health violations of J.G. Summit Petrochemical and Naphtha Cracker Plant in Batangas City. The said extension date is getting nearer and yet I haven't received any results.
