However, please be informed that we have forwarded your inquiry to another agency, specifically to the Department of Health (DOH). On the part of the DBM, please be informed that the funds for HEA were already part of the FY 2023 Comprehensively Released Items of the DOH per Annex A of the National Budget Circular No. 590. The evaluation, validation, and processing of claims for the grant of the HEA to eligible Health Care Workers and Non-Health Care Workers fall within the purview of the DOH thus, it is deemed that the DOH - Central Office is in the better position to shed light on your concern.
