Good day Sir / Ma'am, My name is ALVIN ESTIBAR ALPAS and I am an OFW in macau China working as a Security Guard at the Macau International Airport. I am requesting about the information about MICROWAVE PULSED FREQUENCY WEAPONS because I believe that I am one of the victims of what the President Administration is currently investigating regrading the ATTACKS of 130 Government employees WORLDWIDE. They called HAVANA SYNDROME. Thank you very much.
