Good Day maam/sir: I am Aldale L. Cuellar, a 5th year Mechanical Engineering at Don Honorio Ventura State University and also a JLSS DOST scholar, and on our last year we are required to make a thesis we decided to build a dual purpose machine which can Harvest and Plant rice crops but we saw that DOST already has one. I am kindly asking if we can have the papers regarding the said research so we can innovate it or we can at least do the recommendation on the said paper. Thank you for your kind consideration.
