Good day, This is a follow up inquiry regarding the said HOA. 1. On the said villages which i bought a lot and sell it on that period. The said lot i bought and sell was never been occupied since then until i sell it . I never made an structures to that lot and neither rent or lease to somebody. There was a fence when i bought and until i sell it. 2. I have no knowledge about the monthly dues incurred by the HOA regarding that, hence i own a piece of lot only on the village. I never been a member or participate to HHVHA, since then. 3. Pls. enlighten and clarify my views re. this matter,Thanks
