I am writing to ask if I may access a document part of the personal files of a Mr. Guillermo Capadocia. A work I was reading cited that this document is in your possession. The citation is as follows: Guillermo Capadocia, "The Philippine Labor Movement," typescript ca. 1950, Military Intelligence Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Personal File: Guillermo Capadocia. I am interested in this document because I want to know what literature from Europe the Union de Impresores translated and published into Tagalog.
