Dear Ms. Espallardo: This has reference to your request for guidelines on condonation of loans logged under FOI 03102021-001. Please be informed that the information you are requesting are available in the GSIS website under Publications, Policies and Procedural Guidelines. The GSIS Program for Restructuring and Repayment of Debts (PPG 333-18) is only one of the policies for condonation. We have previously offered condonation programs for housing, stock purchase loan, study now pay later and fly PAL pay later which you can also view in our website.
