February 16, 2023 Dear Jennifer Mariano, Thank you for your request dated February 7, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be advised that due to the limited and inadequate information provided, we cannot supply you with the pertinent information relative to the issuance of Guarantee Letters. However, please be informed that the PCSO has no existing Employee Cooperative Vaccination Program. Employees request for medical assistance are evaluated by the Human Resources Department. Should you need further inquiries or clarification, you may contact the Employees Welfare and Benefits Division, Human Resources Department at telephone number 8669-1026.
