14 June 2021 Dear Ms. Angelique Jardeloza, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 13 June 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested guidelines in reporting an irresponsible parent and spouse. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. The Committee for the Special Protection of Children (CSPC) of the Department of Justice may have the data that you require. Under Executive Order No. 53, the CSPC is a body principally responsible for coordinating and monitoring the investigation and prosecution of cases involving violations of R.A. No. 7610 and other child-related criminal laws for the protection of rights of children from irresponsible parents and spouse. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to DOJ by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at (+632) 8523 848. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
