Good day! I am Victor Datu, a graphic designer working in development communications. I am currently working on an information campaign that seeks to inform the public about our LGU's COVID response progress. I am seeking documents from the DILG that concern the implementation of the PIDTR Action Plan that have specific guidelines on monitoring and evaluation of the said action plan at the LGU levels. I hope you can provide documents with operational targets for LGUs to achieve with regard to the national government's plan in line with the PIDTR program. Thanks in advance!
