Hi! i would like to request the guidebook/manual used on designing traffic management schemes.

Good day. I'm currently a graduating student from Mapua that currently conducting a thesis about Controlling the Unbalanced Traffic Flow in the Monumento Circle using Roundabout Metering. I would like to request a guidebook/manual about traffic management scheme design that is currently being used as reference by the Department of Public Works and Highways in order to make the thesis study more reliable and in line with the current country's standards of design. The guidebook that i'm looking for should consist of computation of traffic volume into its equivalent Through Car Units, warrants of signalization, computation of controlling „y‟ value etc.
