June 9, 2021 Dear Kelvin de la Torre, I refer to my letter of Mar 24, 2021 04:06:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Guarantee Letter for Hospital Bills. In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Was the patient admitted at Philippine Heart Center? If so, you may coordinate with our Social Service Division at 89252401-50 local 5111/5112. If not, please contact other Government Hospitals such as East Avenue Medical Center or PGH which may properly attend to the condition of the patient, as the Philippine Heart Center is a specialty hospital that primarily caters to patients with heart diseases We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
