Good day. Under the Ginhawa For All Lease with Option to Buy (GFAL LWOB) Program, GSIS rents out its housing units to interested parties who will be given the priority to purchase it any time during the lease agreement. The lease agreement will be valid for one year, renewable at the option of GSIS. Good day.. Ibig po sabihin sa option to buy is for cash basis, merun po ba kayo option for Housing Loan like Pagibig Housing Loan. With monthly amortization for years to pay? Maraming salamat po, Rolando Viesca
