Hi! I just want to ask your good office about the requirements needed to be submitted by a government employee to get an employee compensation due to COVID-19. If so, where will I submit the requirements and how much will be the possible remuneration for this case? Thank you!

Please find the attached requirements. You may file for Employees Compensation claim by complying the documentary requirements . Claim may be submitted thru drop box at nearest GSIS Office. Thank you.
