I am currently working on a research paper which aims to measure the effects of RA 10963 otherwise known as the TRAIN law on the government revenues. One of the tax reforms introduced by this law is the imposition of 20% tax on lotto winnings exceeding P10,000. I would gladly appreciate if your good office would provide me this data as it would be of great help in completing my paper. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you.
