Our office recently received an observation from our resident auditor which stated that our release of SRI for CY 2021 was not in accordance with paragraph 5.5 of DBM BC 2021-4 since we already granted CNA benefits to our employees, which is over and above the Year End Bonus and Cash gift as per RA 6686. I would just like to clarify this matter, are we not entitled to receive SRI after the release of CNA? I hope that this will be clarified. Thank you!
