Good Day! My name is Kevin Christian Dela Cruz, and I am a Master of Science in Pharmacy (MSPh) student, a CDU - College of Pharmacy (CDU-CP) faculty member, and the CDU - Alumni Relations Officer. I wish to complete the thesis entitled "The Employability of Cebu Doctors' University Alumni from the College of Pharmacy Batch 2019-2022: A Basis for Internal Quality Assurance" in order to earn the degree - Master of Science in Pharmacy. I wanted to ask to whom I could address the request for proof of public use/ proof of permission in using or modification of the CHED Graduate Tracer Study?

Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may consult your thesis adviser regarding your inquiry. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
