ABSTRACT
In the chapter 1 of the study it will state the introduction, the problem, the goals and objectives and the significance of the study which is the redevelopment of the BASC-DRT or Bulacan Agricultural State College- Dona Remedios Trinidad Campus.
The part of Chapter 2 tells the research methodology in the study

ABSTRACT
In the chapter 1 of the study it will state the introduction, the problem, the goals and objectives and the significance of the study which is the redevelopment of the BASC-DRT or Bulacan Agricultural State College- Dona Remedios Trinidad Campus.
The part of Chapter 2 tells the research methodology in the study how to improve the campus development of the BASC-DRT. The project comes up with ocular visit then through sets of interviews done and identifying the problem, series of researches, case studies, reading at library. From the main campus of BASC and its satellite branch BASC DRT.
The chapter 3 are the terms of references and case studies related about the project on how it will be improved. The main topic to be discussed is the active design strategies.
The chapter 4 tackles all about the site of the DRT the Micro and Macro Analysis. And the Chapter 5 tells about the identifications of spaces, space programming. Chapter 6 is about the Building Systems of the development of the BASC-DRT. The chapter 7 is about the design framework and it is more on active design and related concepts. The chapter will tackle the manners of financing and the remaining 9 and 10 is the conclusion and recommendations.
