Good day.I am Arriene Villanueva,pursuing Master of Arts major in Economics at University of Santo Tomas.I am on my last year and currently writing my thesis to complete my degree.I intend to do a regression time series analysis, hence, may I humbly request for the following data:
1.Government expenditure,by expense class,disaggregated into PS, MOOE, etc. & CAPITAL OUTLAYS (infra spending,etc.),quarterly data from 1990 to 2018.Express in nominal & real terms.
2.Government revenue,divided into tax & nontax,quarterly data from 1990 to 2018.

You asked for Govt expenditure,by expense class & govt revenue (tax & nontax), historical (quarterly data).
Response to your request
We were able to determine that some information is already available online.
Government expenditure and revenue are provided in one of the DBM’s publications, i.e., Budget of Expenditure and Sources of Financing (BESF).
The information covering FYs 2013 to 2018 are available in the DBM website under this link: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/dbm-publications/budget-of-expenditures-and-sources-of-financing-besf
However, BESF for FYs 1990 to 2012 are not posted in our website, but instead, are available in the DBM Library, which is open to researchers from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with telephone no. - 86573300 local 1102.
