Hi, I would like to report a violation to RA No. 11202 for failing to port my number from Globe telecom to GOMO within the required porting hour on Section 4-(i). On section 10 - (a),a said violation or fine from the the service provider should be imposed is the number portability is not imposed within the porting period. I have reported this several times already at GOMO -Messenger app but they just simple fail to deliver. The phone number that I've ported is important to me due to the OTP connected to personal, financial, and work account. Hoping someone could help me assist with this.
