My aunt (67) in Japan thinks that she is dying soon and would like to be able to go home to the Philippines to spend her last days here with us. She is not an OFW but a Filipino who acquired a japanese citizenry. Thus, we have no knowledge or idea of how the process or where to go. Does your agency, DFA do handle these types of request so we can be able to take her home? If not? Where will we reach out for assistance? *based on what she told us, she is unable to leave her house as she is being taken care of by someone from social service. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank you
