This is in reference to electronic Freedom of Information (EFOI) request with tracking number DepEd-954389742576. I requested for a copy of the IRR of RA 11476 yet I was given the link of DepEd's official statement on the GMRC and Values Education Act.
In line with this, please furnish me a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the said act. Please do not send me an official statement or any other material. The IRR is an official document mandated by law to be created as aligned to its principles set.

Greetings of peace!
May I politely follow-up on the progress of my EFOI request? According to the department's response, I should be able to receive my data request on or before Dec 14, 2020 11:05:31 AM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations. However, 17 days have already lapsed yet still no response whether if I will receive such data.
If the document needs more time before it to be released, it will be fine on me as long as it is within the bounds of policy (which is non-extendible for another period of not more than 20 working days, as per Executive Order No. 02, s. 2016). Also, I request to be notified by such extension, a right provided by the said EO in section 9e.
Thank you very much for your service and God bless.
