Hi I would like to file a formal complaint against GLOBE TELECOM for scamming me. I applied plan 1299 5mbps 400gb data allocation but they activate to my account is plan 1299 5mbps 150gb data allocation. My internet connection is very slow and they dont want to bill adjust it. I already contacted them thru facebook twitter and landline. But they are refusing to fix my plan and my bill. I can send all the screenshots of our conversation regarding on this concern. Response to Request In reference to the above request, you are advised to visit the office of the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) of the National Telecommunications Commission at BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City.
