TO GLOBE CARCAR CITY, MY GLOBE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 873250630 (UNDER THE NAME OF MY SIS IN LAW CHIONETTE ABABAN.) WE ARE LOCATED IN SUBA SANGAT SAN FERNANDO CEBU, PHILIPPINES. FOR 10 DAYS NOW THAT THERE IS NO CONNECTION IN OUR INTERNET, AND WE HAVE PAID CONTINUOUSLY AS PER THE BILL! NO ONE IS COMING IN OUR HOUSE TO CHECK IF THE NET IS WORKING AS HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE CALLED THE GLOBE CARCAR CITY, CALLING ALSO 211 AS THERE HOTLINE NUMBER, BUT IT SEEMS NO ONE CARES TO CHECK AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING THAT THERE IS NO TECHNICIAN???!! WE ARE PAYING THE BILL EXACTLY AND YET THEY JUST IGNORED THE PROblm
