To the national telecommunications office greetings! I would like to complain Globe Telecom. I have my remaining 50GB data as my globe plan. I requested termination and that my sim be converted into prepaid because my contract is already finished. suddenly, when i checked my globe one app.i was shocked when my data got erased! i think it's just not fair because the customer has just paid for that ….but not enjoyed it? I tried calling your csr but very frustrating.
