Please help us because Globe is monopolizing our Subdivision in terms of connection as provider. We don't have problem if Deca Homes Gensan a d Globe has exclusive contract but the issue is Globe is not giving us the supposed service that we will be getting. We don't have a choice but to stick with Globe since no other Internet provider can install Internet connection within Deca Homes. I am enrolled with their 1599 Unli Fibr with 50 mbs plus 50 mbs free boost but the challenge is their connection keeps on dropping every 5 to 10 mins. As per their technician Globe is on the process of upgrade.
Continuation... Please help us because I am not the only account holder that is affected but even other account holder within the subdivision. We need stable connection to support and keep my job since I am working from home. Account Number : 921793825 Account Holder: Cristy Empleo. We are holding two accounts with them because we need to move out the additional issue is Globe and it's contractor M Fortune Telecommunications Gensan who is responsible for installation can not resolve the issue. We were advised that for all 2022 new account are expected to experience this kind of service.
