Magandang araw po! ako po, Cesar E. Manois, Jr, isang isang globe broadband plan subscriber na may account number na 856699796 ay sumulat sa inyo dahil gusto ko po maaksyunan ito ng globe dahil 3 buwan na po akong mahina ang internet connection. Mula nang nag upgrade sila sa aking plan 10Mbps with 500GB monthly allowance, wala pang 1Mbps ang naging internet speed ko. sinubukan magmessage sa kanila ng termination of contract dahil hindi nila naibibigay ang serbisyo na aking binabayaran ay pinagbabayad pa nila ako ng 2months sa bill at 2500 disconnection fee. hindi po ata ito makatarungan,
