This is in response to your request dated Feb. 2, 2024 seeking for Getting ePhil Id pursuant to Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We are pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved.
In order to get an ePhilID, kindly follow these instructions:
-Access the ePhilID Appointment System at appt.philsys.gov.ph. You will be asked to provide your Transaction Reference Number (TRN) which is printed on the transaction slip provided during your Step 2 registration.
-Follow the prompt and provide the information requested at the ePhilID Appointment System website.
-If you are eligible for a ePhilID you will be asked to book an appointment and choose a PhilSys registration center where you would like to claim your printed ePhilID.
-An appointment slip will be generated and sent to you. Please bring this along with your transaction reference number found in your transaction slip (slip of paper provided during your Step 2 registration) on the day of your appointment to claim your ePhilID at the PhilSys registration center.
