To whom it may concern,
Good day! Please accept this letter of request, to ask permission if we could have information regarding the Geotechnical Report at Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City or within near by Barangays for our research capstone design this school year 2021-2022. This is to help us identify the soil bearing capacity, soil properties and foundation recommendation at Makati City.
We are graduating students at Technological Institute of the Philippines - Manila, therefore rest assured that all documents will be used for academic purposes only. Thank you and God Bless.
Dear Ms. Ellen, We have already replied to your request multiple times. Please understand that we cannot provide you the said data. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As per coordination with the DPWH - Metro Manila 2nd District Engineering Office, said area is privately owned thus we do not have information relative thereto. We can only conduct geotechnical procedures if a government project was constructed in the area. There are no projects of government specifically DPWH on the said area. As per advised by the Metro Manila DEO, try communicating with privately owned buildings in Bel-Air if they conducted geotechnical procedures in that area. Thank you! ANDRO V.
