Hi! I am a 4th year student of the Technological Institute of the Philippines and I would like to request the following data for our Capstone Design. Rest assured that all of the provided data are to be used for academic purposes only. 1. Geotechnical Report of Cardona, Rizal (specifically Barangay Navotas and Barangay Ticulio) 2. Geotechnical Report of Laguna de Bay 3. Any data or information about allowable soil bearing capacity, soil type, subsurface soil investigation, foundation design recommendation and/or any relevant information on or near the specified location. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Upon verification with the DPWH Regional Office IV-A, we have not conducted a geotechnical activity in the area. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Mark A. Villar. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
