Good day!
The purpose of my request is for research and development. I am a student scholar under the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship under the partnership with CHED. It will be used to finish my Master's degree here at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. The data and documents that will be received will be used for my Master's thesis about tunnels. Since my thesis will be talking about the seismic effects under different rock conditions on tunnels, I would be needing data regarding the borehole tests conducted on the area, the geometry of the tunnel, and the depth from the subsurface. I will also be needing the data regarding the PGA or earthquakes that might occur in the West Valley Fault as well as the physical properties of the rocks where the tunnel will be bored. I will be using RS2 software for the modelling of the tunnel.

I refer to my letter of Oct 27, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geotechnical Report and Detailed Engineering Design of the Metro Manila Subway. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 19, 2022.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
