To our dear Land Management Bureau,
We haven't pinned on map yet our lot.
Located in lot 554-76, marilaque hiway, tagumpay, real, quezon province. There are people who pointed the lot but there is no trustworthy or legit reference. May the Land Management Bureau give us a legit coordinates of our lot that we can pin on the map to avoid massive financial loss.

I would like to add some questionable or rather doubtful information regarding my request,
that we have gathered, during my father and mother's personally appeared request
on the survey and mapping division engr, (introduced as high authority)
at Real Quezon Denr Cenro, went to get geographical coordinates certificate.
They have told us that our request for even a single point of coordinate that would simply point us or show us the right location of our lot in the map undecided coordinates and prevented by a more higher authority,
while knowing that coordinates of a lot is a public record that prevents confusion in the map.
Right after the questionable reason for decline, he suggested that we should pay P30,000 (Thirty Thousand Pesos) for surveyors that we can choose from his list.
Respectfuly knowing, that even "surveyors" needed "coordinates". A public document that has closed its door for us, with a fee.
