Hello! My Ph.D. thesis is related to soil erosion modeling and groundwater potential modeling.
I would like to request the Geology map, Geomorphology map, Lineaments (fault line) map of Bukidnon. I would highly appreciate it if the map will be in shapefile or raster file format, yet if it's not possible in those formats, other common file formats will do (i.e. jpeg, tiff, img, etc.).

Dear INDIE DAPIN,
I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2021 01:20:55 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geology map and Geomorphology map of Bukidnon.
Only the Geology Map is available in our agency, and from what quadrant of the Map of Bukidnon does the data you needed, because if you will request for the Geology Map of the whole Bukidnon each maps cost P500 per quadrant.
Also, regarding the Geomorphology map and Lineaments(fault line) map. You can request it from the PHIVOLCS.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 10, 2021 04:48:37 AM, your request will be closed.

May I know how many quadrants are there for the entire province of Bukidnon?
I am going to use all quadrants that cover the entire province. Also, what will be the format of the map; it is in shapefile, tiff, jpg, etc., or is it in hard copy? Thank you.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 10, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
