I would like to request the following information in the desired area:
a. Map of the Site
b. Background
c. Geological and Geotechnical Information
I have requested about this days ago but it was denied. I have read the Annex C and I've requested too much information that would break the law. I'm sorry for that. However, I have a letter that is signed by my professor which is my requirement to report regarding the plant. I will also accept to whatever the decision of the DOE made regarding this request. Thank you

I refer to my letter of Oct 04, 2020 12:10:55 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geological Information of Hydroelectric Power Plant in San Nicolas, Pangasinan.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Our unit identified project in San Nicolas but it is under pre development stage, where we can only provide is the map and background of the project. In particular, it would be helpful to know if you have the specific name of hydropower plant you are inquiring. I refer to my letter of Oct 09, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Geological Information of Hydroelectric Power Plant in San Nicolas, Pangasinan. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 01, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
