Dear Ma'am/Sir, I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to formally request a Geo-resistivity Report pertaining to Barangay Crossing in Libona Bukidnon. This request is essential for our academic pursuits as 4th year Civil Engineering students at Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City. We will deeply appreciate your assistance and cooperation in fulfilling this requirement, as it will greatly contribute to our academic goals. About my letter dated March 3, 2024, 3:38 p.m., regarding your request made under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch; specifically your request on Geo-resitivity report of Barangay Crossing Libona Bukidnon.

Please be informed that as per verification with our DPWH Regional Office X, we do not have any project in crossing Libona, Bukidnon that needed Geo-resistivity Report. Nearest location would be Sitio Balanban, Brgy. San Jose Libona, Bukidnon.

If you wish to continue with this request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card.
