With reference to your letter requesting for pertinent data and other related facts or information on the status of watershed in General Nakar, Quezon from 2010 up to present and list of related provincial and municipal laws and ordinances in watershed protection and conservation in Quezon Province. 

Unfortunately, we do not have the data and information you are requesting; hence we refer you to the Conservation and Development Division (CDD) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region IV-A (DENR 4A) in Mayapa, Calamba, Laguna. They might have the data you are looking for, particularly with the unit handling Watershed Characterization- Vulnerability Assessment and Integrated Watershed Management Plans within CALABARZON area. You may also refer to Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines (PD 705), Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 (RA 9003, and Wildlife Act of 2001 (RA 9147) for information on legal frameworks for the management and conservation of the watersheds.
