Hi, May I know when can we apply for GCTA for PDL located ni BJMP Balanga Bataan? PDL was commited last October 21 2020. Please do indicate how may days will be less if the said GCTA got approved. Person was sentenced for 8mos. in total. Appreciate your speedy response. Thank you.
