I have submitted a ticket to Gcash last 6/24/2022 ticket number: 44041350. It has been more than 5 days and the only update that I had was "it was escalated" Ticke number 44041350 is about me sending money to the wrong number. The amount in question was Php 3080 Please help! I really need this money.
