Hi, I would like to get an information regarding my Gcash refund concern. I have filed a ticket on GCash last 12/16/22 for a scammed amount of 22,000.00 by which up to date is still tagged as 'processing'. After I sent all the requested notarized requirements, as well as the quit claim and request letter, why is the process still under investigation. How long does it have to take for an investigation to finish? The Gcash escalation team do not respond to my questions with regards to the procedure of my request. I've been dealing with this stress for almost 4 months now.
